I have binary plugin projects, I have the binary plugin decorator enabled but I 
don't see the decorator icon.

We know about this (it is a platform UI issue).

As a workaround, you can add 'lightweight="true"' attribute in the decorator 
extension element in org.eclipse.pde.ui plugin.xml.
