The Install/Update page should use group boxes instead of plain labels for 
titles as screen readers won't read the labels.

This is not just a cosmetic change.  Blind or vision impaired users using a 
screen reader like JAWS will be unable to read the labels.
If they're in a group box, JAWS reads the group box label before the focus 
control's label.
