Description Kaloyan Raev CLA 2009-01-20 03:33:07 EST
There is no icon assigned for task markers in the Markers view (see the attached screenshot).

The Markers view is now the main view for showing markers in the Java EE perspective and we find it important to have a complete look.

Hitesh, is this just a matter of referencing the correct (existing) icon, or do we need a new icon?

Boris, the fix would involve showing the correct ( already existing) image.
Currently, the markers view uses a 'severity' image rather than the image contributed for that marker type (thru IMarkerImageProvider ).

See Bug 260909 (sort of duplicate). The fix for 260909 should take care of this as well.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.

If the bug is still relevant please remove the stalebug whiteboard tag.
