I have Ubuntu Hardy Heron. Running Eclipse 3.4.1. When I go to 
Help->Software Updates->Available Features->Manage Sites I cannot drag and drop the update site location. I can add the update site by typing in the update site URL. So this is minor for that reason. But the directions tell me I can drag and drop. Drag and drop does work under Windows.
