Steps To Reproduce:
1. Launch Ganymede
2. Create Dynamic Web Project
3. Launch New Java Server Page Wizard
4. notice size of New Java Server Page wizard.

     

More information:
It can have it's constraints sized better. I've noticed the wizard almost encompass the whole size of the screen as this size in a hopefull screen attachment.

screen resolution is 1280 by 1024
