Build: I-20021113
Every time I launch this build on my existing 2.1 workspace, I get an Error 
dialog saying:

"Executable extension definition for "class" not found.
Reason:
Executable extension definition for "class" not found."

Error happens consistently every time I launch on my existing workspace.  If I 
launch on a new workspace, I do not get that error.
