At least on linux I can open and unpack it.
Importing this bundle as source with PDE leads to a zip exception.

Last week, I changed the feature definition so that the source bundle was correctly packaged as a jar instead of a unpacked bundle.  I'm now able to import it both the jar and source without an exception.
