Can you clarify in which context the Java file should appear? Would you expect the context of the task created from the marker to be pre-populated with the source file? Hi Steffen, yes I think that would be the right way. You create a Mylyn task for a todo in a source file. This source file should be added to the context of the new task. Best regards, Lars Steffen, the original issue of Lars was that if you activate a new task without any context, the context will be pre-populated with the already open files, ie all files open on activation will stay open and get part of the context. On the other hand, if you activate a task which already had some context, all currently open files which are not part of the context will be closed. I remember that this feature existed a while ago.
