Added bug #260941 - Need ETabFolder that takes images for styling.
Although not strictly required to make CSS work, it's highly related to practical use of the CSS support.

Marking this old aggregator as fixed, as SWT improved a lot in 4.5. We have opened bugs for the remaining requirements
