My help system is not working anymore as described in bug #225629: Help doesn't work if Servlet 2.5 API happens to be in plugin stack

So I filed bug 260368: Help system stopped working -- Connection refused
to get some assistance and finally found that both JIRA and XPlanner require the servlet 2.5 API.

If possible please relax this restriction. Otherwise, my Eclipse Help system is broken.

Thanks for finding that bug Joerg. I'll revert back to javax.servlet version 2.4. Mylyn does not have a strong requirement for version 2.5. My intention was to avoid duplication and conflicts since plug-ins are encouraged to use the most recent version of a shared bundle.
