My help system is not working anymore as described in bug #225629: Help doesn't work if Servlet 2.5 API happens to be in plugin stack

So I filed bug 260368: Help system stopped working -- Connection refused
to get some assistance and finally found that both JIRA and XPlanner require the servlet 2.5 API.

If possible please relax this restriction. Otherwise, my Eclipse Help system is broken.

I have reverted back to javax.servlet version 2.4 to maintain backwards compatibility with Eclipse 3.3. I have kicked off a weekly build 3.1.0.I20090109-0100 that includes the changes and should be available in a few hours. Please reopen if you still experience conflicts with that weekly build on Eclipse 3.3.
