Currently, image in report design may be displayed as different size at design time and run time. 
Should add design DPI property on report design.Please refer to bug #234432 and bug #237426.

Verified in 2.5.0 v20080115-0630 build. The image DPI is a property of report design , can image item has its own DPI property? That means can I set different DPI on corresponding image item?
