Whenever I update from CVS or generate code *without* deactivating my task I end up destroying my context.  It becomes polluted with files that are not relevant.  I would like for Mylyn to figure out when a mass file update occurs and ask the user if they would like to add these files to their context or whether to ignore them during the mass update.
