As part of the WSDL4J upgrade work (see bug 197197), the WSDL EMF model must be regenerated.I have noticed that the regeneration produces quite a bit of "noise": mostly annotations and minor formatting changes.

As such I think it is best to regenerate the model first and make sure all is good. This will help minimize the patch for the WSDL4J upgrade.

This bug will track the model regeneration. I will also update the year in the copyright header.

Patch

This patch contains the changes resulting from the regeneration.

I have also made a few changes to remove compiler warnings about unused / dead code.

And lastly, I have changed the WSDL content type definition to use the new content types extension point org.eclipse.core.contenttype.contentTypes. Using the old one org.eclipse.core.runtime.contentTypes was producing a deprecation warning.
