When switching from a already started server, into debug mode the server state decorator doesn't refresh correctly and still shows 'starting' after the server has already started.

Workaround: 
Deselecting the server and selecting the server again refreshes the state

Implemented a call to refresh the state label decorator only when changes have occurred
