Each major project (the top-level projects except for the Tools and Technology projects where it is the sub-projects) should have an About dialog icon and contribute to the welcome page.

Since we are sub-project under Technology project, we will not contribute About dialog icon, welcome page, etc..

In this release, we use:

Vendor: Eclipse.org
Name: ACTF ... Plug-in/Fragment/feature (Incubation)

for general information about each plug-in/fragment/feature.
