EclipseLink support is defined in bug 249037

In 3.0 M4 OrderColum annotation and orm.xml element support have been added to both generic 2.0 and eclipselink 2.0.  This includes the featres:
name
nullable
insertable
updatable
column-definition

The eclipseLink OrderCorrectionType support will be added in another enhancement request.

Verified with help from Karen.  While verifing Karen found two issues related to this Bug 297866 and Bug 297867 which she wrote up.
