MappedById annotation and mapped-by-id orm.xml support.

This is supported on:
many-to-one
one-to-one

should probably just combine this bug with 258689, but will set it as dependent for now.  MappedById is part of the dervied identities feature

"MappedById" is now called "MapsId"

There are some validation issues left to tackle, but the implementation is more ore less complete.  The validation issues are tracked in bug 294266 and bug 294271.  Any other issues will be tracked separately.
