There should be a link to the "Guidelines for the review of third party dependencies" [1] from the /legal landing page. Perhaps near to or in the same block as the DD Poster link would be appropriate.

I would suggest we include the text as it is included on this page:  http://www.eclipse.org/org/documents/  and position the text directly under this section - "Due Diligence Process:  This document provides a quick pictorial overview of the due diligence process."
