Actually, dealing with numbering in plugins is simply about adding .qualifier to the version of plugns to be released (for example, JWT-WE is now version 0.5.0.qualifier). Then, PDE build automatically replace the qualifier by the buildLabel in all plugins and features.

All plugins included in the feature were modified to conform to this rule.
