Replace org.eclipse.ecf.discovery.ui with CQ 2038 [1]. It allows extends to provide their own subtree for a given service type.

updated patch

Changes to o.e.ecf.discovery.* has been released to HEAD (still incubation). This patch simply updates the previous one by removing discovery bundles from it.
