With Mylyn 3.1 the used WikiText markup can be configured for all repository based connectors.

In addition, I would prefer to configure the markup for Local tasks and for the Notes tab, e.g. of a trac task.

As a first step, the Notes section in the Planning pane should use the same WikiText formatting as configured
for the repository.
