For wizard pages I have to initialize the dialog units by myself (I have to call initializeDialogUnits). The preference page
	instead initializes the dialog units when I create a page.

	I think the units should be initialized in both cases.

Dialog units cannot be initialized until any of the fonts to be set are done - 
we could do this by default at some point but it could easily be wrong.

The Wizard developer should do this so that they are aware which font they are 
making this calculation based on.
