In order to use curved connections from Zest Viewer, a curved style provider must be added.

The style provider model does not scale with respect to API, since we cannot simply add new methods for each new style.  Instead, I have created a Connection and Entity style provider to style nodes and edges in general.

I am going to close this as WONTFIX because we don't need this anymore.
