- create a project P1
	- create a file F1.txt
	- edit the file F1.txt and save
	- leaving the editor open on F1.txt, go delete the F1.txt off your hard disk
	- do changes in the editor and save

Notice you are asked for a file name and container location. Specify
P1 as the container and F1.txt as the file name. Press ok and you get
an error message saying the file F1.txt exist!

True the "resource" F1.txt exist still in the Workspace (cause a referesh
from local was not done yet), but the actual file F1.txt is gone.

It just seems weird that when you ask to save it seems to know the file
is gone (thereby asking for a file name), but then complains it exist.
