Each major project (the top-level projects except for the Tools and Technology projects where it is the sub-projects) should have an About dialog icon and contribute to the welcome page.

Buckminster contributes to the welcome page. 
We used to contribute an icon the about page (it is there in Europa, but not in Ganymede) - need to investigate.

It's there in Ganymede as well. Did you have Bucky installed?
