Each major project (the top-level projects except for the Tools and Technology projects where it is the sub-projects) should have an About dialog icon and contribute to the welcome page.

dsdp32.png feature image

We've got a total of 36 branding plugins in TM / RSE.

All of them are getting converted to using attached feature image "dsdp32.png" and providerName "Eclipse.org - DSDP".

This requires changes to 
  plugin.properties
  about.ini
  build.properties
  feature.properties

All DSDP branding applied to TM rc1.
