Description

The Query, Transaction, and Validation components do not include any 3rd-party code. There are no plans to introduce new 3rd-party code in the Galileo release. Recognized for CDO/Net4j. We currently have a single exemption in one of the Net4j examples plugin. It contains (and thereby violates another must-do) the JMS API jar. It's just an example. Can I pull the "technical reasons" card or should I remove the whole JMS example from the distrobution? Not applicable for Teneo Eike, Is the JMS API jar already in Orbit? Or are you aware of another project using it? > Is the JMS API jar already in Orbit? No ;-( > Or are you aware of another project using it? No. Scott was interested in it, too. But I suspect that he's still using his external server for distribution... The requirement concerns only with third-party plug-ins that are common between projects. It sounds like we're in the clear for this one. We're using orbit stuff when we can. Closing all fixed releng bugs. |
