Plugin/Feature names and provider name are inconsistent or not resolved.
Some of them are not translated properly (%pluginName becomes pluginName etc.)
There are several causes for this behaviour:
 1. variables like "%pluginName (Incubation)" will not be translated
 2. if manifest.mf does not contain Bundle-Localization: plugin entry
 3. there is no plugin.properties file in project's root
