All plug-ins must correctly list their required JVM versions in the manifest.mf. See the wiki page about selecting the correct JVM.

Updated org.eclipse.gmf.doc and org.eclipse.gmf.doc.ui to Bundle-RequiredExecutionEnvironment: J2SE-1.5  All other bundles were correct.
