Projects must have their IP approved (a normal Eclipse requirement) and will follow the Eclipse Legal deadlines to do so. See also bug 220977.

As far as we know the IP deadline is M6, so we'll have this done by that point.  We still have patches in progress.

Sorry, I remembered that wrong. Committers: All CQs relevant for Galileo need to be submitted by M5 (Jan 30th) and completed by RC3.
