Description Anne Jacko CLA 2008-11-03 18:38:13 EST
+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #252792 +++

Projects must have a written ramp down policy by M6+0, linked in the table above pending inclusion of ramp down element in the XML project plan. (One of the issues identified with this guideline is that its not so much the ramp down policy of how many votes are needed for each bug fix that we need to be consistent on, but rather the meaning of each of the milestones and release candidates. See Platform 3.4 Endgame plan as a guideline. See also Galileo Final Daze.)

Reviewed and approved with the following comments:

-We plan to API complete by M6 but not UI complete. We will disucss more on this Wed's PMC call.

-TPTP 4.5.3 is a defect-only release so remove:

For M7, we plan to be feature complete.

-June 17 should be June 16 (see line 15 from http://www.eclipse.org/tptp/home/project_info/releaseinfo/4.5.3/schedule.html).

-Not sure we need the 'Exceptions to being Feature Complete in M6' section since TPTP 4.5.3 is a defect-only release.

Updated based on comments provided. Removed the 'Exceptions to being Feature Complete in M6' and added an entry to the date section to include the translation deadline.

As of TPTP 4.6.0, TPTP is in maintenance mode and focusing on improving quality by resolving relevant enhancements/defects and increasing test coverage through test creation, automation, Build Verification Tests (BVTs), and expanded run-time execution. As part of the TPTP Bugzilla housecleaning process (see http://wiki.eclipse.org/Bugzilla_Housecleaning_Processes), this enhancement/defect is verified/closed by the Project Lead since this enhancement/defect has been resolved and unverified for more than 1 year and considered to be fixed. If this enhancement/defect is still unresolved and reproducible in the latest TPTP release (http://www.eclipse.org/tptp/home/downloads/), please re-open.
