Description Florian Lautenbacher CLA 2008-11-03 09:36:49 EST
Using Eclipse 3.4.1 as committer on the technology.jwt-project, my colleague and I time and again have problems to access the CVS via EXTSSH. Some days it works after some tries, on other days it works just fine and on days like today it doesn't work at all.
The question is whether this is caused on our side of the network (working at a University we are able to switch off our own firewall, but not the firewall of the entire campus to ensure it's not our fault), or whether other persons have similar problems and this is simply caused by minimal bandwidth.

Any ideas or support would be helpful, because working on days like this simply doesn't make fun. Thanks in advance!

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.
