The layout of the wiki is completely incoherent with remaining eclipse.org pages. Let me explain this leads to very poor usability of the wiki.

Eclipse.org layout is not very coherent, but as a whole, the header work as a menu for the most important content categories of the site: Home, Community, Membership, About Us, etc. Once you select a category, there appears a left side pane with links for specific information about the selected category. On a project, there are links  like documentation, download, mailing lists, etc. Therefore, the user expects the left pane as a menu to access contents about the project. All eclipse.org is build on this layout.

Suddenly a link from the side pane redirects to a page from the wiki. Now, the side pane show completely different links like Discussion, View Source, History, Navigation, etc.

What does the user expect? That the side pane still contains links to useful information about the project. He will understand:
 - Discussion: mailing lists about the project
 - View Source: get java source of the plugins
 - History: get information about past releases
and so on.

This is very annoying for the users that are browsing eclipse.org.

Since the left pane is intended for links to eclipse.org content, it should not contain commands for the wiki. Commands are rarely used compared to page total number of page views. Therefore, wiki commands should not stay with more highlight nor on the side pane.
