I'm in a state where the removal of a PDE generated patch fails at resolution.
The steps I have followed:
 - Install an old build
 - Export to patch the install
 - Update to a new copy of the build
 - Try to uninstall

I've never been able to resolve anything successfully after installing a PDE-generated patch.  See duplicate bug for more scenarios.

You were able to update to a new copy of the build?  My updates have always been rejected, but uninstalling typically works.

I've been able to export/install the same patch repeatedly, but I've never been able to uninstall the patch, or export a different patch, once the first patch was in.  I'm pretty sure I was unable to resolve anything once I got into that state.  I've always had to wipe out my SDK and start over after working with patches if I want to resolve something else.

From a new install of the SDK, I have been able to export some plug-ins run with them and after a restart uninstall them. Do you guys still see the problem? Could you tell me which plug-ins you have been experiencing problems with?

Note that in between the install and the uninstall I had not updated.

I have released a disabled test case for this because even when I add back the real p2.core IU necessary to satisfy all the dependencies, the system still does not resolve.
