Hardware: PC
OS: Windows XP
Whiteboard: stalebug

Description Curtis Windatt CLA 2008-10-29 16:30:52 EDT
1) Stop at a breakpoint
2) Set a breakpoint in a method that will be hit by an evaluation
3) Run an envaluation such as inspect
4) Evaluation execution should stop at the breakpoint
5) Bug: Select variables or expressions, detail pane remains blank

Literals should display their value. Objects should display an error saying that nested evaluations are not possible.

In addition, if you are displaying detail formatters as labels, none of the labels will show up (variables view will be empty except for the +/- to expand).

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet. As such, we're closing this bug.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it and reopen this bug. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.
