Description Ralf Sternberg CLA 2008-10-29 05:41:53 EDT
See bug 252354.
I remember that browsers issue a different series of events for a double click, but those differences should be adjusted by the framework.
IIRC, FF issues "click", "click", "double click", IE only "click", "double click".

Double-click-enabled widgets like List implement Logic to swallow the second "click" event.

Opened qx bug 1520 for this issue.
Comment 2 Ralf Sternberg CLA 2008-12-11 06:25:40 EST
With qx-0.7.4, there are now two SelectionEvents on double click in both IE and FF.
This problem has to be fixed on our side.

Fixed by sending only one request in 500ms ( org.eclipse.swt.EventUtil.DOUBLE_CLICK_TIME ) interval.
