Steps To Reproduce:
1.The Online Help for Usage Data Collector,  under "How does it work",  contains a screenshot that contains the URL where UDC uploads the data.

while
2.The Window->Preferences->Usage Data Collector->Uploading does not contain that field at all.


More information:
I was trying to specify a different URL where UDC should send the collected data, but the actual code doesn't contain the URL field which is shown in the Online Help.

So there are 2 issues:

1) There is a mismatch between the code and the Help.
2) How does one change the URL indeed?

You can change the URL with a system property.

-Dorg.eclipse.epp.usagedata.recording.upload-url=http://...

This is not optimal. Any suggestions on how we can do this better?

I'll fix the screenshot.

The Usage Data Collector was decommissioned a long time ago. Therefore any
remaining bugs are now being closed as WONTFIX. If this bug is still relevant,
please make a comment and we'll move it to the correct project/component for
further investigation.

This change was made as part of a bulk change.
