Currently difficulty sorts alphabetical.  It would be better if the sort order were easiest, intermediate, difficult, expert.

I have the fix in place. I just have to get the Portal rolled out and then I can release my code.

The Portal rolled out and the Submissions System rolled out. The difficulties ratings are now sorted logically instead of alphabetically. 

I am going to mark this bug a 'fixed'.
