We need to update the build scripts to produce GEF 3.4.2 builds.

I was able to change :

/releng-common/tools/org.eclipse.releng.tools.tagandrelease/gef.R34m.options.txt

but I was locked out of 

/releng-common/server-config/emft.eclipse.org/apache_crontab.txt

I will update manually on emft.eclipse.org for the Tuesday night builds.

Last detail is to make the web http://emft.eclipse.org/gef/build/promo.php
have the ability to promote 3.4.2 builds. 3.4.2 is missing from the list.

/gef/build/_common.php updated in CVS and on emft.eclipse.org; build and promo pages now show 3.4.2 as an option (instead of 3.4.1).
