We're using the standard org.eclipse.jface.dialogs.ErrorDialog, but the error 
dialog doesn't get a keyboard focus and is not readable by JAWS.

I thought this was fixed by TC in UI.  Moving to UI.

The ErrorDialog was made accessible in R2.0.2 and in the latest R2.1.
