1) Eliminate the deviations from AST metamodel defined in the OMG spec.

2) Migrate to metamodel contributed from UMLX, bug https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=236128.

1) Migrated to standard ImperativeOCL metamodel contributed from UMLX.

2) Still keeping internal QVTOperational metamodel, which is anyway structurally identical to OMG. For the Galileo release, we can't use the metamodel contributed by UMLX as it's hosted by QVTr, which is currently not part of the release and is still in incubation phase.
