TraverseEvents are not implemented yet

Implemented a first version. Changes are in CVS HEAD > 2008-10-14

Unsolved is the interaction between key- and traverse-events when the doit -flag is used.
Setting the detail field to TRAVERSE_NONE is also unsupported

TraverseEvents in their current state are sufficient to support cell editors (bug #247122).
Closing this bug as this was its initial intent.

Re-open if one of the already mentioned or further issues stop cell editors from working.
