Tried twice, and got the same error multiple times:

java.io.FileNotFoundException: http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/3.5-I-builds/binary/org.eclipse.sdk.ide.launcher.win32.win32.x86_3.5.0.I20080930-0921

With a web browser I can see the artifact is there. Also, the artifacts.jar seems to have a correct entry for this artifact.

I have observed the same problem on the mac earlier when being in the office. Now, from home, I'm able to complete the installation.
