Thread dump of Eclipse install not reacting to cancel

I was about to install a plugin from
http://www.yourkit.com/download/eclipse/3.4/

Selected the plugin on the "Available Software" tab and pressed "Install".

Then, I noticed I'd rather do it differently so on the "Calculating Dependencies" dialog I pressed Cancel. After 1 minute or so of nothing happening, I made attached thread dump. Approx 5 minutes later, the dialog eventually went away.
