+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #238455 +++

On the EclipseLink platform we need to add support for the eclipselink-orm.xml join-fetch element.  join-fetch is supported onOneToOne, OneToMany, ManyToOne, ManyToMany, BasicCollection, BasicMap mappings.  To support this we will add a combo box with options of Default(Inner), Inner and Outer.

Added support for JoinFetch for the following mappings in 2.1M3:

OneToOne
OneToMany
ManyToOne
ManyToMany

There is no support for BasicCollection or BasicMap in 2.1M3.

verified in current code.  The options are '<None>', 'Inner', 'Outer'
