I'm trying to tag the projects for the 3.4.1 release and I'm having problems tagging rt projects (permission denied).  Please check my rights to this project 

For instance, I can't tag 
org.eclipse.equinox/framework/bundles/org.eclipse.osgi in /cvsroot/rt

Do you have a specific file?  I look at that directory and see all is well permissions-wise.

Seems to be working now, perhaps there was an issue with locking or something on Friday.
