Steps To Reproduce:
1. Add project related jars to your project
2. Try to add them again
3. Verify view contains existing jars and adding them again creates duplicate


More information:
When existing jars contains more details (such as source attachment) adding the jar twice will duplicate the jar entry in Library list.
