eclipse SDK 3.5M2

I've got local update site (without p2 metadata generated - artifacts.xml and content.xml - but with digest) with many mirrored features from different eclipse projects and from different development streams (3.4, 3.5).

I use p2 director application to install IUs to target eclipse SDK 3.5M2. In attached log I've tried to install recent org.eclipse.emf.sdk.feature.group IU version 2.5.0.v200809161800. But it seems p2 update manager hangs on repositories initialization trying to initialize some IUs (but I'm installing other IUs!) which are not available on remote sites (but I use local site!).

I can expect that such "unavailable" IUs will be skiped or I get some error report. I don't expect update manager hangs.
