Rather than use our old CSV file: http://www.eclipse.org/gef/team/gef-log.csv

We should use what the foundation provides for us at: http://www.eclipse.org/projects/ip_log.php?projectid=tools.gef

We need to add the iplog+ flag to the relevant Bugzillas.

We also need to fix the link on the GEF web site.
